Our client is a medium-sized robotics manufacturer who was looking for a new CFO to complement the CEO in management. After we held numerous interviews, we were able to present three suitable candidates to our client. The most important factors besides the core requirements in commercial skills were managing and controlling foreign subsidiaries, meaning a corresponding international background was essential.
In the end, two of the three candidates presented made it onto the shortlist. The final decision favored a candidate from our client's region, who fully met all requirements and is a great fit for the management team.
