The personnel market in Japan is still the most demanding worldwide. Thanks to our well-prepared longlist we were able to find three top candidates during our interviews in Yokohama. As always, etec has accompanied the process actively from the beginning to the end and has provided support for the contract negotiations. At the end, the trustful relationship we had established with our candidate was certainly the key to success. On top of that, etec has effectively found a Managing Director Southeast-Asia in Thailand. In this case, the personality of the candidate was a very good match to the exceptional, value-oriented business culture of the family business.
Our next trip is already taking place in October, where we are going to conduct selection interviews in Singapore for the position of a Managing Director Southeast Asia.
