Even in the first phase, we were able to guide two candidates through to the final selection after intensive pre-selection interviews - together with etec Consult and our client's management board. These two candidates were then invited to Germany for personal interviews, where both final interviews were convincing across the board. Ultimately, the choice fell on a candidate who not only has the necessary technical background, but also extensive management skills. The selected candidate will start in São Paulo in February 2025 and contribute significantly to the further expansion of our client.
