China has been the most important foreign market for our mid-sized clients – and therefore also for etec Consult – for more than 20 years. China remains, even under new conditions and despite all scepticism, an absolutely key market. In recent months, we have once again successfully filled two managing director mandates for German companies in China.
One of the two positions included responsibility for a large organisation with more than EUR 100 million in revenue and ambitious growth targets. From a longlist of 10 candidates, three top candidates were identified, and the preferred candidate was successfully hired.
In this search, we were able to leverage our network as well as direct search, and particularly benefit from numerous locals and expats from German companies in China who acted as valuable multipliers.
