Managing Sales Director (m/f)

Stellenbeschreibung
  • Full responsibility for the business in Great Britain and Ireland
  • Disciplinary responsibility for approx. 15 employees in sales, commercial and technical support
  • Development and implementation of the sales and marketing strategy in the UK for a continuing profitable growth and further market penetration
  • Managing and developing key relationships with key accounts, sales partners, contractors and facade builders
  • Oversee day-to-day business and ensuring professional utilization of the CRM system
  • Negotiation, finalization and implementation of commercial contracts
  • Continuous improvement of all processes within the subsidiary
  • Direct reporting line to the HQ in Germany
 
Stellenanforderung
  • Engineering degree or degree in business administration with a good technical understanding
  • Sound experience in sales management of an industrial company within the construction sub-supply industry
  • Good knowledge of the British construction market, preferably windows, doors, winter gardens, sun shading solutions, fittings, high end kitchens, installation technology
  • Experience in multistage sales (channel partner, contract business)
  • Leadership experience with documented success
  • Entrepreneurial personality with conceptual strength
  • Very strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent English
