Managing Director (m/f) Sales
- South Africa -

  • Full P&L responsibility for the  entire business in South Africa
  • Acquisition of new customers and projects in South Africa with focus on transportation and energy
  • Expansion of business with the existing key accounts
  • Definition of sales strategy for the whole region including expansion of the distribution network and development of eBusiness
  • Market development in the Sub-Saharan region (e.g. Kenia, Ghana, Nigeria)
  • Providing leadership to the small team
  • Annual budget, resource and investment planning
  • Direct reporting line to the German HQ

Technical degree or degree in business administration
Good track record as Sales Manager or Key Account Manager in South Africa
Good knowledge in the field of automation industry, electrical engineering, electronics or electromechanical components for the industry
Cooperative and motivating leadership style
Excellent communication along with strong conceptual and analytical skills
Very good skills in English
Trustful personality living in the region
