The long-list round interviews were carried out via video conferencing. For the presentation of the short-list candidates, we - together with our client - traveled to the German-Polish border to talk to the candidates in person. This was the basis for following video conferences in which the decision-makers and we selected a favorite, who a little later signed the contract. In one of our other mandates, the search for a CFO for a production site in Moscow is still ongoing. We're on the home stretch! However, this search has proved to be difficult due to several factors. A second presentation round was needed to determine a favorite. Currently, they are in contract negotiations. Our client is happy!
