Executive Search Consultants support you in the direct search and placement of executives and highly qualified specialists. Our headhunters are intercultural and speak eight languages. We owe our industry-specific competencies and successes not least to our permanent team.

Right when you award us the contract, we define the presentation date with you!

For the procedure, we offer two options:

  • either a collective long-list presentation of a minimum of six to eight candidates suggested by us at your premises (value added: a good market overview)
  • or a short-list presentation of the three to four best-suited candidates after a joint preselection with the eTec consultant.

On request, the longlist interviews can be carried out via videoconferencing and we will report the results while only the shortlist presentation is held as a face-to-face appointment with our client that we organize.

We plan the complete organization of the meetings including any required documentation. On request, we carry out profiling producing a detailed suitability report of the top candidates.
